Message templates

Copy-ready chat messages for rallies, events, recruitment and coordination. Tap Copy, paste into alliance chat, fill the [brackets].

💡 Tip: replace anything in [brackets] with your details before sending. Times work best in your alliance's agreed timezone or UTC.
Every template in one file — edit in Word, Google Docs or Notes, then paste in-game.

Why canned messages win wars

Alliance fights in Kingshot are coordination problems wearing armor: the alliance that communicates rally targets, shield timings and garrison calls in twenty seconds beats the one improvising paragraphs under attack. These templates are copy-ready messages for the moments that repeat — rally calls, event musters, recruitment posts, war coordination — each with [bracketed] slots for the details that change. Tap Copy, paste into alliance chat, fill the brackets, send.

Making them land

  • Agree a timezone convention once (server time or UTC) and put it in every time slot — half of all missed rallies are timezone confusion, not absence.
  • Pin the filled-in versions of your alliance's two most-used templates (usually rally call and shield alert) so members recognize the format instantly.
  • Recruitment posts work best with concrete numbers — power floor, kingdom, activity expectation. Pull member stats from your Alliance Roster and plan the pitch around what you can prove.
  • For the timing math behind a rally call — who must join by when — see the Rally Planner.
