šŸ° Alliance recruitment

Alliance recruitment message templates

Copy-paste recruitment posts, DMs and requirement boards for your Kingshot alliance. Tap Copy (or download them all as a text file), swap the [brackets], and recruit members who actually show up.

Most recruitment posts fail for the same reason: they say "we're recruiting, join us" and nothing else. A player scrolling world chat can't tell you apart from the ten dead alliances above you. The posts below are built to do the one thing a recruitment message has to do — prove, in three lines, that your alliance is active, organized, and worth leaving their current one for. Every template has [bracketed] slots for the details that make it specifically yours.

Grab the whole set as a text file you can edit in Word/Notes and reuse.
World-chat posts
Main recruitment post
šŸ° [TAG] is recruiting — Kingdom [K#] āœ… [Active / competitive / KvK-focused] āœ… Daily alliance help + organized rallies āœ… [Power] floor (flexible for active players) Apply in-game or DM [R4/R5 name]. Grow with a team that actually shows up.

Your everyday world-chat post. Keep it pinned in your head — post it at peak hours.

Spots-open urgency post
🚩 [TAG] — [3] SPOTS OPEN Active K[#] alliance, top [N] in kills. We want fighters who show up for KvK. Apply now — war starts [date].

Short, urgent, event-timed. Scarcity + a deadline pulls replies.

New-kingdom / merge rush
🌟 New here? [TAG] is building the alliance that wins K[#]. Getting in early = better hive spots, R4 seats, and first pick of tiles. Active help from day one. DM [name] before the good coords are gone.

Use in the first days of a new server or right after a merge, when everyone is unaligned.

Direct messages
Recruitment DM (soft)
Hey [name]! Saw you're [solo / in a quiet alliance]. [TAG] is [active/competitive] in K[#] — daily help, rally coordination, and we actually teach newer players. Want an invite? No pressure.

Non-spammy, specific to one player. The "no pressure" close gets more yeses than a hard sell.

Poaching a strong player (careful)
Hey [name] — you fight well. If your alliance isn't giving you the coordination you deserve, [TAG] runs full rally coverage and real KvK planning. Standing R4 offer if you want it. Think about it.

For a proven fighter in an underperforming alliance. Respectful, flattering, leaves the door open.

Comeback / re-recruit
Hey [name], noticed you've been quiet. Everything ok? [TAG] kept your spot. Even 2 taps of alliance help a day keeps the team strong — no pressure to grind. Good to have you back whenever.

Win back a lapsing member before you have to remove them. Cheaper than recruiting a stranger.

Boards & requirements
Member requirements board
šŸ“‹ [TAG] EXPECTATIONS • Alliance help daily (free, 2 taps) • Join rallies when pinged • Shield before logging off in KvK/SvS • Stay active — [5]-day no-login = review Meet these and you'll always have backup.

Pin it. Setting expectations up front is the single biggest thing that cuts churn.

Application response (accept)
āœ… Welcome to [TAG], [name]! 1. Turn ON alliance help 2. Move your hive near [coords] 3. Read the pinned rules + rally format 4. Ask anything — that's what R4s are for. Glad to have you.

Fast, warm onboarding. The first 10 minutes decide whether a recruit stays.

Alliance-to-alliance
Merger invitation
šŸ¤ [TAG] inviting [smaller TAG] to merge. We're [rank/power] in K[#] with [N] active. You'd get organized KvK, full rally coverage, and R4 seats for your leaders. Let's talk terms — DM [R5].

Absorb a smaller or struggling alliance. Offer their leaders seats — pride is the real negotiation.

Recruiting from a dying alliance
šŸ‘‹ Alliance winding down? [TAG] (K[#]) is taking on active players — bring your friends, we'll seat you together so you keep your squad. Daily help, real rallies, no drama. DM [name].

When a nearby alliance collapses, offer to keep friend groups together. That is what makes them move.

What makes a recruitment message actually land

  • Lead with proof, not adjectives. "Top 5 in kills, 30 daily helpers" beats "active and friendly" — anyone can type friendly.
  • Name the kingdom and the power floor. Vague posts attract mismatches you'll have to remove next week. A number filters for you automatically.
  • Give one clear next step. "Apply in-game" or "DM [name]" — one action. Two choices halves your replies.
  • Post where migrators are looking: world chat during KvK prep, right after a server merge, and in the days a new kingdom opens — that's when players are most willing to move.
  • Repeat, don't spam. The same post once every few hours during peak beats ten in a row that get you muted.
