Most recruitment posts fail for the same reason: they say "we're recruiting, join us" and nothing else. A player scrolling world chat can't tell you apart from the ten dead alliances above you. The posts below are built to do the one thing a recruitment message has to do ā prove, in three lines, that your alliance is active, organized, and worth leaving their current one for. Every template has [bracketed] slots for the details that make it specifically yours.

What makes a recruitment message actually land
Lead with proof, not adjectives. "Top 5 in kills, 30 daily helpers" beats "active and friendly" ā anyone can type friendly.
Name the kingdom and the power floor. Vague posts attract mismatches you'll have to remove next week. A number filters for you automatically.
Give one clear next step. "Apply in-game" or "DM [name]" ā one action. Two choices halves your replies.
Post where migrators are looking: world chat during KvK prep, right after a server merge, and in the days a new kingdom opens ā that's when players are most willing to move.
Repeat, don't spam. The same post once every few hours during peak beats ten in a row that get you muted.
