⛏️ Eternity's Reach

Eternity's Reach guide

Thirty minutes, a hundred players, one copper-ore leaderboard. The four income streams that put you in the top 10 — and the one-second Peak trick most players never learn.

Eternity's Reach in one breath: a 30-minute individual race — you're dropped into a battlefield with ~100 players and whoever mines the most copper ore wins. It runs in a separate instance, so troop losses don't touch your real city: play aggressive, there is nothing to protect.

What's on the map

  • Cesare's Soldiers — roaming targets; killing them pays instant ore and experience that unlocks your event skills. Never stop hunting them.
  • Copper Veins (levels 1–3) — capturable nodes with steady ore flow; each level roughly doubles the one below it.
  • Fractured Veins — temporary hotspots that spawn in waves and pay huge spikes. When the alert fires, drop everything and go.
  • Peak of Eternity — the center. The richest passive flow on the map and, predictably, a whale magnet.
The Peak trick: the event also runs a separate occupation ranking that credits everyone who held the Peak at all — community guides put the requirement as low as a moment's capture. You don't need to keep it; you need to touch it once (the common play: one fast grab when the endgame opens). Don't bleed your marches trying to hold the center against the top spenders.

The four income streams Community consensus

Top-10 finishes come from running all four at once, not from any single big play:

  1. Hunt Cesare's Soldiers continuously — instant ore plus the XP that unlocks your skills early.
  2. Cycle vein captures on a ~60-second rhythm — a commonly cited event skill pays a flat ore bonus on a march's arrival at a vein, whether or not you end up holding it. Keep a march permanently rotating.
  3. Sprint every Fractured Vein spawn — the spike income outpays whatever you were doing.
  4. One Peak touch late — bank the occupation-ranking reward without fighting for the throne.
⚠️ Skill effects, bonus values and unlock timings shift with patches — read your own event skill tree before the run and treat the numbers above as community-reported, not gospel.

Why this event matters more than it looks

The payout is Governor Charm materials — the mats behind charm levels, which feed two of the most valuable combat stats in the game (troop health and lethality). Thirty minutes of focused play, no real losses, and materials you can't reliably farm elsewhere: skipping Eternity's Reach is leaving permanent combat power on the table. Plan what those charm levels cost with the Governor Charm calculator.

Five mistakes that cost the podium

  • Playing it like KvK. Nothing here is permanent — hoarding troops "to be safe" just caps your score.
  • Parking on one vein. The arrival bonus and Fractured spikes reward movement; static play loses to a rotating march every time.
  • Fighting whales at the Peak. Touch it for the occupation credit and leave; the center brawl is a points furnace for everyone but the strongest account in it.
  • Ignoring the skill tree. Early Cesare hunting unlocks the skills that multiply everything after — slow starts compound badly in a 30-minute event.
  • Missing the start. It's a fixed half-hour window; set the reminder (our event templates include the alliance ping).
