KvK is won in the quiet week before it starts. The alliances that lose aren't weaker — they're the ones who trained troops into the war with no speedups banked, no shields ready, and no agreed rally roles. Work down this list in the days before your window opens. Every box you tick is one fewer thing that goes wrong at 2am when the enemy rallies your lowest-shielded member.

🪖 Troops

Troops trained to your target tier before the windowFinish big training batches now — you do not want troops locked in the queue when war opens.All troops healed and hospital emptyWounded troops sitting in the hospital are troops not defending. Only a 1st place in a group counts toward a Preparation Points bonus for the whole kingdom, which applies in the next phase and stacks across Governors. Scoring isn't published, so check the in-game event rules.
