How to read event point rates

Each training event (HoG, KvK, TSG) awards points per troop trained at a rate that scales with troop tier. T4 troops typically earn more points per troop than T3, but T3 trains faster — the pts/hour comparison tells you which is more efficient for a given event target.

To find your current event rates: open the event in-game → tap the reward info tab → look for "Training points per troop" or similar. Enter those values above for exact results.

Training costs and event points, together

This calculator prices troop training across all three troop types and eleven tiers — food, wood, stone, iron and time per unit — and simultaneously scores the batch for the three events that reward training (Hall of Governors, KvK and The Strongest Governor), with point defaults you can adjust to match your server's current event. Cost rows are labeled by verification status in our source files: some tiers are confirmed from direct observation, others remain community estimates marked [EST]. Time shown is base training time before any speed bonuses.

The economics the table exposes

  • Cost per unit grows faster than event points per unit as tiers rise — which is why point-farming strategies train low tiers in bulk while combat strategies train the highest tier you can afford. Decide which game you are playing before the batch, not after.
  • A big batch's real price includes the training time; feed it into the Speedup Calculator to see the acceleration bill.
  • Power gain per batch is a separate question — the Power Calculator carries the per-tier power weights.
