What "power" actually counts

Account power in Kingshot is a weighted sum, and this estimator rebuilds it from the pieces you enter: troops (using per-tier power weights that run from 2 for T1 up to 800 for T11), plus your building, research and hero contributions. The troop weights are community-documented approximations — the estimate lands close enough to sanity-check a profile, spot a farm account inflating itself, or see how much power a training batch will add before you commit the resources.

What the weights teach

  • Power is exponential in tier: one T11 carries the power of four hundred T1s. Mass-training low tiers for event points and pushing high tiers for fights are different strategies with different calculators — see the Troop Training Calculator for the cost side.
  • Raw power is a threat display, not combat strength: composition, heroes, research and gear decide fights between similar-power accounts. Treat this number as what enemies see, not what you are.
