Kingshot account safety: scams, bans, refunds, buying accounts and private servers

Short answer

Keep your login to yourself, buy only through the app stores or the game’s own store, and take every question about your account to the publisher. The Terms say your account is yours alone, that you should not share your password or login codes, and that buying or selling virtual items outside of the Services is barred.

Below: a one-line answer to each question, then a checklist in which every item rests on a source we opened.

Checked 2026-10-22 against the publisher’s Terms of Service and notices, Apple’s and Google’s help pages, and the Kingshot Help Center.

The questions, and where each one is answered

  • Is there a Kingshot private server? A copy of the game run by someone else is not the publisher’s service. Anything you pay or type there goes to whoever runs it. Private server page
  • Can I play Kingshot on PC? The stores list iPhone, iPad, some Macs and Windows. We found no publisher statement on emulators and say so plainly. PC, iPad and Mac page
  • Is Kingshot a scam? It is a real game from Century Games, with in-app purchases and loot boxes disclosed in the store listing. Scam page
  • Can I buy a Kingshot account? The Terms say an account is personal and may not be handed over or used by someone else. Buying-an-account page
  • How do I choose a kingdom? What to look for, from our own guides, and how a transfer works, from the publisher’s Help Center. Choosing-a-kingdom page
  • Can I get a refund? The Terms say purchases are final unless the law requires otherwise. Apple’s and Google’s own routes are on the page, with the controls for children. Refund page
  • My account was banned. The publisher names the route to ask about an action taken on an account. Banned-account page

An account-security checklist, each item with its source

  1. Do not give your password or login codes to anyone. The Terms say not to share your password or other account login codes, QR codes included, and they list trying to get other members’ login codes as prohibited conduct. A bot, a “helper”, a site or a seller has no need of your login.
  2. Keep the account to yourself. The Terms say it is unique to you and may not be transferred or otherwise made available to others, and that sharing your password, account or related information lets the publisher end the account immediately and without refund.
  3. Buy only from the publisher or the app stores. The publisher’s notice of 2026-10-15 says gems and packs are bought for real money in the in-game store and cannot be moved or exchanged. Its notice on purchase history also describes a Web Shop (a top-up website) of its own, and we did not read that shop’s terms. The Terms bar buying, selling or exchanging virtual currency or goods outside of the Services.
  4. Keep your receipts. The publisher’s notice on purchase history says an invoice is emailed after a successful purchase, but invoices are issued in batches (after a set amount spent or a set time, whichever comes first), so one small purchase may not get its own email. You can search the email account for words such as the game’s name, “Purchase” and “Receipt”. The notice also names where each store shows your past purchases.
  5. Put a lock on purchases. Apple’s Ask to Buy and Google Play’s purchase verification are the phone’s own controls. Details on the refund page.
  6. Take account questions to the publisher. Its notices name Avatar → Settings → Contact Us for reports and in-game customer service for questions about an action taken, and the Terms name its support site for notices, questions and complaints. Use them for facts, not for accusations: the Terms treat false reports as a violation. If your account is stolen or used without permission, the Terms say to notify the publisher in writing at once.

One item you may expect, binding a login method and keeping the recovery email, is missing on purpose. We searched the Help Center and found no article about either (details under “What we could not confirm”), so we give no steps.

What this hub does not cover

It does not cover recovering, binding, unlinking or moving an account to a new phone. That page would have to be built from Help Center articles, and we found none to build it from. For hack, mod and cheat searches, see the hack hub.

Questions people ask

Is it safe to give my Kingshot login to a site or a helper?

The Terms say not to share your password or login codes, and sharing account information lets the publisher end the account without refund. A tool that needs your login to work is asking you to break that.

Can I get my money back for a Kingshot purchase?

The Terms say purchases are final and not refundable unless the law requires it. Apple and Google each have a refund route of their own for purchases made through them. See the refund page.

Is it allowed to buy a Kingshot account?

The Terms say an account is unique to you, may not be transferred or made available to others, and that you may not use anyone else’s. See the buying-an-account page.

What do I do if my account is banned?

The publisher’s notices say questions about actions taken go to in-game customer service, and the Terms name its support site for questions and complaints. See the banned-account page.

Is there a way to recover a Kingshot account on a new phone?

We found no Help Center article on it, so this hub does not answer it. The publisher’s notices name in-game customer service, and the Terms name its support site for questions and complaints.

What we could not confirm: how to bind a login method, keep a recovery email, unlink or move an account, since we found no Help Center article on any of them; how the publisher handles any particular report or appeal; and whether any particular third-party site or seller is genuine, since we do not look at or name them.
