Kingshot account banned: what the publisher says leads to action, and the official route to ask about it

Short answer

The publisher’s notices say questions about actions taken go to in-game customer service for an appeal. They do not say how long it takes or what the outcome will be. The Terms let the publisher act if it believes or merely suspects a player is not following the Terms.

The publisher’s lists of processed accounts do not say what each account did, so we cannot tell you why yours was acted on.

Checked 2026-10-22 against the publisher’s Terms and its notices of 2026-02-13 and 2026-09-28.

What the publisher says leads to action

  • The notice of 13 February 2026. It said it would run checks from time to time on violations involving “the use of cheats, scripts, multi-instance sync” and other outside tools that help set up farming accounts in large numbers, and that actions may range from a warning to restricted access or a ban, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
  • The Terms, on suspicion. The publisher may limit, suspend or end an account, with or without notice, if it believes or merely suspects the player is not following the Terms or is using the service improperly. It also reserves the right to deny anyone access at any time, for any reason. The Terms say it owes no compensation for losses.
  • The Terms, on accounts. Sharing your password, account or related information lets the publisher end the account immediately and without refund. The Terms also bar making false reports through support channels.
  • The later lists. The notice dated 2026-09-28 reports actions against 2,897 accounts for violating in-game rules and lists them. It does not say what the accounts did.

That is everything the publisher gives. It does not publish a list of reasons or of detection methods, and we do not guess at either.

The official routes

The publisher’s notices say that questions about actions taken go to in-game customer service for an appeal. The route for reporting violations is Avatar → Settings → Contact Us.

The Terms name a second place: the publisher’s support site. They say notices to the publisher are to be sent there, and that for a question or complaint you may contact the publisher there. If you cannot open the game, this is the other place the Terms name. We could not load that site’s content, so we do not know how it handles an appeal or a refund question. Neither the notices nor the Terms say how long a reply takes, so we state no time.

What to have ready

These are our suggestions, not the publisher’s list. Collect facts you can state truthfully:

  • your kingdom and player ID,
  • the dates: when you last played normally, and when you noticed the action,
  • what you were told, word for word, with a screenshot,
  • receipts for any purchases (see the refund page), and
  • the plain facts of what you did, or did not do, including any tool you used.

Write what happened. Do not claim anything that is not true: the Terms bar false reports through support channels, and a made-up account of events will not help you.

What not to do

  • Do not pay anyone for an “unban”. Every route the publisher names, in-game customer service and the support site in the Terms, is its own, so treat any paid offer to undo an action as a scam. We name none.
  • Do not give your login to anyone. The Terms say not to share it, and sharing account information lets the publisher end the account without refund.
  • Do not match masked IDs to people. The lists show IDs as masks, and one mask fits many accounts. A match is not evidence about anyone, you included.

What we do not help with

We do not help anyone evade a ban or get around an action the publisher has taken.

Questions people ask

Why was my Kingshot account banned?

The publisher’s notices do not say why a given account was acted on. They name the use of cheats, scripts and multi-instance sync as things it checks for, and the Terms let it act on suspicion. Ask through in-game customer service.

How do I appeal a Kingshot ban?

The notices say questions about actions taken go to in-game customer service for an appeal, and the Terms name the publisher’s support site for questions and complaints. We could not load that site, so we do not know how it handles an appeal.

How long does a Kingshot ban last?

The publisher has said nothing we could find about lengths or outcomes. Its notices say actions range from a warning to restricted access or a ban.

Can a Kingshot unban service help?

Every route the publisher names is its own: in-game customer service, and the support site in the Terms. We would treat a paid offer to undo an action as a scam.

Can I get my money back if I was banned?

The Terms say unused virtual currency is not compensated when an account is closed, and that purchases are final unless the law requires otherwise. See the refund page.

What we could not confirm: why any particular account was acted on, how long a reply to an appeal takes, what share of appeals succeed, how long an action lasts, and how the support site named in the Terms handles an appeal, since it would not load for us; the publisher does not publish these and we do not guess.
