Short answer
A private server, as the term is used for online games, is a copy of a game’s service run by someone other than the publisher. It is not the publisher’s service. The Terms say buying virtual currency or goods outside of the Services is a violation that may lead to termination of your account and legal action, and that the publisher is not liable for currency or goods obtained from a third party.
We did not open any such site and name none, so we cannot say what a particular one offers. What follows holds for any of them.
Checked 2026-10-22 against the publisher’s Terms of Service and its notice of 2026-10-15.
The publisher runs the real game. A “private server” is someone else’s separate copy of that kind of service. Whoever runs it controls it: what it keeps, what it asks for, and when it disappears. The publisher does not run it and has no hand in it.
We do not describe how such copies are made or run, and we make no claim about the people behind any of them.
The Terms also bar copying, modifying or reverse engineering the Services. We read that clause only as far as its words and do not say how it applies to any particular site.
Usually a game that is not already full of players far ahead of you, or a way to skip the slow part. The routes inside the game that we can source:
Change the password you used, and the one on the email linked to your game account, before anything else. If you used the same password elsewhere, change it there too. The Terms say that if your account is stolen, used without permission or otherwise compromised, you must notify the publisher in writing immediately, and they name its support site as where notices go. We could not load that site’s content, so we do not know how it handles an appeal or a refund question.
People search for one. We did not open any such site, so we cannot say what any of them offers. The publisher does not run them, and the Terms bar buying virtual items outside of the Services.
We do not give legal opinions. We can say what the Terms say: buying, selling or exchanging virtual currency or goods outside of the Services is a violation that may lead to termination of your account and legal action.
We do not know and make no claim. Giving a site your login to try to move an account is what the Terms say not to do.

What we could not confirm: what any particular private server offers or does, since we did not open any; whether using one is a crime where you live; how the publisher treats an account that logged in to one, since we found no statement on it.
