Only a party to an outcome may review it: a member who landed in the destination kingdom, the King whose bid was confirmed, or the Governor a Special Invite was issued to. One review per outcome per person, 280 characters, editable for 7 days. Reviews are written in Discord with /ledger review; nothing else on this site accepts a rating.

How these numbers are made

Outcomes are computed from the game’s own backend; reviews are opinions of verified movers.

What "delivered" means

A term sheet counts as delivered when at least 80% of the verified members it was about resolved to the destination kingdom after the window closed. Players landed and players expected are shown beside it, so a move that fell one member short reads as one member short.

A returned Special Invite is not a broken promise

A Special Invite the game returned — the Governor declined, or did not transfer by the end of the event — is not a broken promise, and is never counted as one. An invite that was logged and never confirmed, with no arrival, is shown as unconfirmed: that is all that is known about it.

The King’s streak

A King’s streak counts consecutive closed windows in which every Special Invite logged for the kingdom was either confirmed received or returned. Ordinary Invites are not counted: the publisher sends no mail with them, so there is nothing for a Governor to confirm. A window in which no Special Invite was logged neither extends nor breaks a streak.

Where the measurement comes from

After a window closes and a day has passed, the hub asks the publisher's own gift-code endpoint whether each member of an agreed term sheet now resolves to the destination kingdom. That call validates player ID and kingdom before it looks at the code, so it answers the question without redeeming anything. Power, alliance and Town Center are not visible to it and are never claimed here.
