A Viking warrior from the northlands with a tragic backstory. Born into a Viking tribe where her parents were respected warriors, Helga learned to ride a moose as a young girl. But her defining trait was a refusal to accept the warlike ways of her ancestors. She challenged tribal tradition in a public confrontation with the warchief, was forced into a death duel, and defeated the warchief's champion. She was allowed to leave on mooseback. After her departure, the warchief began a great cleansing of the tribe, eventually becoming Viking King. That one act of resistance from Helga still burns in the Viking King's heart.
