Welcome to KingshotPro. By accessing or using this website and any features it provides, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

KingshotPro (kingshotpro.com) is an unofficial, independently operated strategy and analysis platform for the mobile game Kingshot. The service is operated by The Hive Makes. We are not affiliated with Century Games, the developers of Kingshot, and do not represent them in any capacity.

2. Description of Service

KingshotPro provides free-to-access calculators, strategy guides, a kingdom database, and community tools for Kingshot players. Optional Pro subscriptions are available that unlock additional features including expanded AI advisor interactions and premium tools.

The free tier remains free as stated on the site. No feature advertised as free will be moved behind a paywall without clear advance notice.

The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of all data, or specific outcomes from using any feature on the site.

3. Eligibility

By using KingshotPro you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (16 in the European Union). If you are under the applicable age in your jurisdiction, you must have parental consent to use this service. Do not use KingshotPro if you are prohibited from doing so under the laws of your country or region.

4. Free Tier

The free tier of KingshotPro is supported by Google AdSense advertising. You may use all free features without creating an account or paying anything. We will never require payment for features that are currently free without giving clear and prominent advance notice of any change.

Some features are restricted to Pro subscribers as disclosed on the pricing page. These restrictions are clearly marked throughout the site.

5. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us via the contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until that date.
• Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied and have not exceeded a reasonable usage threshold of Pro features. Refund requests after this window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via the contact page to request a refund.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive at least 14 days notice before any price change affects their subscription.
• Payment processing: All payment information is handled by Stripe. KingshotPro never stores your card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how your payment data is processed.

6. AI Advisor

The AI advisor feature generates strategy recommendations using artificial intelligence. By using the AI advisor you acknowledge:

• AI-generated advice is for entertainment and strategic discussion purposes only. It is not guaranteed to improve your in-game performance.
• AI responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect for your specific situation.
• KingshotPro is not liable for any in-game outcomes, resource losses, or dissatisfaction resulting from following AI advisor recommendations.
• Conversations with the AI advisor are processed through Anthropic's API. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KingshotPro to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive scale, or otherwise undermine the service
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through any form or tool
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users or third parties
• Circumvent any paywall, credit limit, or access control on the site
• Use the site in any way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on KingshotPro — including guides, tool designs, and site code — is the property of The Hive Makes and may not be reproduced without permission. Game data, asset names, and in-game terms referenced on this site remain the intellectual property of Century Games.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

KingshotPro is an unofficial fan tool. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We provide no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of this service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £10 / $10, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
