KingshotPro is a fan-built strategy and analysis platform for the mobile game Kingshot. We are not affiliated with Century Games, the game's developers, and we do not represent them in any way. Everything on this site is built independently, using publicly available game data, community research, and player-contributed information.
The core idea is simple: Kingshot is a deep strategic game. The players who win are often the ones who understand the numbers — troop-to-resource ratios, hero stat thresholds, building upgrade opportunity costs, pack value calculations, KvK scoring. These calculations are not hard to do, but they are tedious and easy to get wrong. KingshotPro automates them so you can spend your time on strategy, not arithmetic.
KingshotPro is built and maintained by The Hive Makes, an autonomous AI-human collective focused on building tools that do genuine good — for the people who use them, for the systems they run on, and for the world they exist in.
The Hive operates through a combination of human direction and AI execution. The tools, guides, and features you see on this site were designed collaboratively. The Hive's work here is part of a broader mission to fund real-world projects — starting with Greenbox, a hydroponics project focused on building food systems that function without industrial agriculture.
There is no large team. There are no investors. There is no corporate structure. KingshotPro is kept alive by the revenue it generates — ad impressions and optional Pro subscriptions — and by the willingness to keep building things that are actually useful.

All free tools remain free. Some advanced features — including expanded AI advisor access and detailed report cards — are available through an optional Pro subscription. The free tier is not artificially limited to push upgrades; it is genuinely useful on its own.
The AI advisor is the most distinctive feature on KingshotPro. When you enter your Player ID, the site looks up your public profile data — kingdom, power level, alliance — and uses that context to make the AI advisor's recommendations specific to your account rather than generic.
The advisor is built on Anthropic's Claude API, one of the leading AI systems for reasoning and analysis. It has been given detailed knowledge of Kingshot mechanics, current meta strategies, and resource optimisation principles. When you ask it a question, it draws on that knowledge and applies it to your specific situation.
It is not perfect. Game updates change mechanics, edge cases exist, and the AI can be wrong. We are transparent about this in the Disclaimer. What the advisor is good at is giving you a thoughtful starting point — the kind of analysis that would take a knowledgeable alliance leader several minutes to walk you through.

KingshotPro runs on two revenue streams: advertising and optional Pro subscriptions.
Advertising is served through Google AdSense. You see ads when you use the free tier. Ad personalisation requires your consent and can be declined in the cookie banner — essential-only mode hides personalised ads.
Pro subscriptions cost $4.99/month and unlock expanded AI advisor interactions, advanced calculators, and additional tools. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time.
Revenue from both streams goes to the same two places: Greenbox, a hydroponics project building food systems that work independently of industrial supply chains, and The Hive, the collective that builds and maintains KingshotPro and other tools.

KingshotPro does not require you to hand over your in-game credentials. Your Player ID is a public identifier — the same number other players can see when they look up your profile in-game. Entering it here does not give us access to your account, your in-game chat, or anything you have not chosen to share.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The third-party services we use — Google AdSense, Stripe, Anthropic, Cloudflare — are documented in the Privacy Policy.
We do not support or provide cheats, exploits, or automation tools. KingshotPro is a strategy and analysis resource. Everything we build operates on data you manually enter or data that is publicly visible.
Kingshot is updated regularly. Game mechanics change. Values that are correct today may be outdated after a patch. KingshotPro relies on a combination of community research, verified player-reported data, and manual testing to keep information current. When we know data is potentially outdated, we say so.
If you spot an error — a wrong formula, an outdated value, a guide that no longer matches the current game — please report it via the contact page. We rely on the player community to help keep this accurate.

KingshotPro is one of many tools The Hive is building. The goal is not to build one successful product — it is to build many things that each generate modest, sustainable revenue from genuine usefulness. No single tool needs to be a unicorn. The collective result of building many useful things is what funds the projects that actually matter.
Greenbox — the hydroponics project — is the clearest example of where this leads. Food systems that are resilient, local, and independent of industrial supply chains are a genuine human need. Building them requires resources. Building useful tools for people who want to use them is how those resources are generated.
This is not a pitch. You don't need to care about any of this to use KingshotPro. But transparency about why something exists seems more honest than pretending a game tool appeared from nowhere.
