Every Kingshot bot does gift codes, and several do calculators. None of them does the alliance move — the window's phases in each member's own clock, whether your whole roster fits through one kingdom's door in one window, who is left behind, how many Special Invites you are short, and a board where kingdoms and alliances find each other. That is what this one is for, and gift codes come free with it.
All three ask for the same five: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Manage Channels, Manage Roles. That is the whole list. The last two are what let the app build a server layout for you; if you never run /template apply, nothing uses them.
None of them asks to read message history, kick, ban, mention everyone, or delete anything. None of them can read what your members say to each other — they receive the slash commands run on them and nothing else.
Free, unconditionally: no paid tier, no premium queue, no gated command, no advertising inside the app.
They are the same app under three names, listed three ways because an admin searching Discord for a server template and an admin searching for the kingdom transfer window are not looking for the same sentence. Every one of them answers every command below, over the same account and the same server settings. Installing one is enough — and a server that installs two never receives the same automatic post twice.
Your Kingshot server, built in one click.
Five layouts — alliance, small alliance, kingdom, KvK war room, transfer window — six to ten channels each, created here after a confirmation you press, with an undo that removes only what it made. It creates the channels and the roles, which is what Manage Channels and Manage Roles are for.
Asks Discord for: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Manage Channels, Manage Roles.
Everything your alliance runs on: gift codes, your own text, transfer windows, kingdom checks — and /custom, to ask the developer for what you need built.
The app that is already in eleven servers. One admin runs /setup and every new gift code posts itself; members who register get each code redeemed for them without opening the game. It answers slash commands and posts messages; it cannot read what your members say to each other.
Asks Discord for: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Manage Channels, Manage Roles.
Move your Kingshot alliance without losing half of it: the transfer window, the groups, the passes, the invites.
The window's three phases in each member's own clock, whether your whole roster fits through one kingdom's door, the board where kingdoms and alliances find each other, and the publisher's own service confirming which kingdom a player ID is in. The same five permissions and the same commands as the other two.
Asks Discord for: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Manage Channels, Manage Roles.
The cards differ in name, first line and icon — not in what you get. All three ask Discord for the same five permissions and answer the same commands, so pick the one whose description matches what you came for and ignore the other two. A server that added an app before 2026-09-09 keeps the permissions it granted then until someone re-authorizes there.
/almanac now gives the next transfer window's three phases as exact instants in each member's own clock, and which transfer group your kingdom is in. It recurs every six to eight weeks and it is the one date a whole alliance has to agree on. See the almanac
An Ordinary kingdom takes 55 players in a window and a Leading one takes 30; 35 or 20 of those are the King's Ordinary Invites, and only three Special Invites exist for anyone over the Power Cap. So a roster of sixty does not land intact. Work out who does
/passport link asks the publisher's own gift-code service to confirm a player ID is in the kingdom claimed. Nothing is redeemed, nothing changes on the account. Eight confirmed members in one server is an alliance, not one person with a spare account. How the checking works
Twenty-five, grouped by the question being asked. Every app answers all of them, and everything here is free.
/almanac nowThe next window, its three phases in your own clock, and your kingdom's transfer group.
/almanac confirmReport what your own in-game transfer screen shows, so a figure carries how many players confirmed it.
/caravan boardAlliances looking for a kingdom this window, and kingdoms looking for an alliance.
/caravan requestAdmin. Put your alliance on the relocation board, with the intake arithmetic already done.
/caravan join request:Add your confirmed player ID to your alliance's move, so the roster is checked rather than claimed.
/crown seekOver the Power Cap? Say what you want and let Kings with a Special Invite answer.
/king deskAdmin. Invites left, who was invited, who confirmed — the count in one place instead of three DM threads.
/ledgerWhat a kingdom or an alliance actually delivered, measured after the window rather than promised before it.
/passport link id: kingdom:The game's own backend confirms which kingdom your player ID is in. This is the one command everything else runs on.
/passport showYour badge, and exactly what it does and does not claim.
/passport declarePower, Town Center, language, play hours. Always shown as declared, never as verified.
/passport vouchConfirm another verified member's role in this server. Recorded as a vouch, not as proof.
/passport serverAdmin. This server's verified count, its rung, and how many more members open the board, the King's desk and the embassy.
/passport unlinkDeletes everything about you and stops redemption on that tick, not the next one.
/lookup player_id: kingdom:Is that ID in that kingdom? A read-only question to the publisher's service. Nothing is redeemed and nothing changes on the account.
/redeem register id: kingdom:Every new code redeemed for you automatically, within six hours of it being found. The registration is also the kingdom check.
/redeem statusThe last five codes and what happened to each. Failures are shown, never hidden.
/redeem stopEnds redemption immediately.
/codesThe active codes, on demand.
/setupAdmin. Auto-post every new code to this channel, forever. Nobody hunts for codes again.
/embassy postWrite to every kingdom in a circle at once, carrying your verified badge, without knowing anyone in them.
/embassy setup channel:Admin. Open this server's embassy. digest, quiet and mute turn the volume down.
/councilYour kingdom's pact registry, castle rotation and kingdom-wide announcements, for the server where a kingdom's alliances meet.
/templateFive Discord layouts for Kingshot — alliance, small alliance, kingdom, KvK war room, transfer window. Six to ten channels each, on purpose. list and preview work now and change nothing; creating channels needs two permissions the bot was not installed with, and it says so rather than half-failing. The layouts, and why each is small.
/rules /recruit /noticeYour alliance's own text, read back to your members. Your words, not ours.
/content setAdmin. Store that text once.
/configAdmin. Kingdom, timezone, alliance tag, embed colour, footer. Every reply in your server then looks like yours.
/kvkFree KvK prep: the guide, the checklist, the titles breakdown and the score calculator.
/alliancenameAlliance name ideas with a matching tag.
/kingdom number:A kingdom's top alliances and players — a historical archive from April 2026, not live, and labelled so in the reply.
/estimate power:A troop-strength estimate from a power value — an AI guess, not a measured count, and labelled so in the reply.
/helpAll of the above, inside Discord.
/customAny member. Ask us to build something for your alliance — an event template, a bot, a customisation. Opens a box to describe it; we reply by direct message. No price, no commitment.
/request /requestsAdmin. Ask us to build something and see where it stands. A real queue, not a suggestion box.
Stored: your Discord user ID, any Kingshot player ID you register, the kingdoms that ID has resolved to with dates, anything you typed into /passport declare, and the IDs of servers where you used the bot.
Not stored: an email address, a real name, a password, your Kingshot account credentials, or any message you did not send to the bot.
Sent onward: your player ID goes to Century Games' public gift-code service when you register and when a code is redeemed for you, because that is what performs the redemption. Nothing else about you is sent anywhere.
Removal: /passport unlink deletes your record and stops redemption immediately.
