Times are UTC so every member can convert once. This planner only organizes your list — appointments are still made in-game, and the in-game slot rules are the game's, not this page's.

Running appointments across time zones

Kingdom officers are appointed one at a time, and an alliance with members in several time zones ends up arguing about who is online when. Planning in 30-minute blocks on one clock (UTC) removes the conversion: you list the slots, members find theirs once. Office names are free text here because we have not verified the in-game titles — rename each tab to match what your kingdom shows.

Using it well

  • Post the copy, not a screenshot. Text pastes into any chat and members can search it later.
  • Leave a gap slot for no-shows and name a backup in the next slot.
  • Pair it with reminders. The phone reminders ping you before the event and the event calendar shows what else runs that day.
